By downloading, accessing, or using PerfumeSnap ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

PerfumeSnap is an AI-powered mobile application that identifies perfumes from photos, provides fragrance information, price comparisons, and allows users to build a personal perfume collection.

Use of Service

You agree to use PerfumeSnap only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the App
• Use the service to generate misleading or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

AI-Generated Content

PerfumeSnap uses artificial intelligence to identify perfumes and provide fragrance information. While we strive for accuracy, AI results are informational and may not always be 100% accurate. Price information is sourced from third-party retailers and may vary.

User-Submitted Photos & Content License

When you upload or submit a photo through PerfumeSnap (for example, to identify a perfume), you retain ownership of the original image. However, by submitting a photo you grant PerfumeSnap a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, process (including background removal and cropping), publish, display, and distribute that photo — in whole or in part — across the PerfumeSnap app, website, marketing materials, and any related services.

This means your photo may appear in our perfume catalog, on perfume detail pages, in promotional content, or anywhere else within the PerfumeSnap ecosystem. Photos may be edited, cropped, or have their backgrounds removed to create clean product images. We may use submitted photos indefinitely, even if you later delete your account.

By submitting a photo you confirm that you have the right to grant this license and that your submission does not violate any third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology in PerfumeSnap is owned by us or our licensors. Perfume names and brands mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

PerfumeSnap is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to inaccurate identification results or pricing information.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
